Webtipp: Cedra - Cedefop Research: Arena Promoting new thinking on work-related learning

The main aim of Cedra is to develop new thinking about learning processes for adults in work environments.
Cedra explores how learning can be integrated with everyday actions to foster organisational and social innovation. In particular, Cedra seeks to understand how one builds work organisations that continuously learn to be more productive, while at the same time, they continuously develop the competence of people working in these organisations.
To carry out the above, Cedra forms small European research networks to engage in European development work on a "work related learning" topic. This normally gives rise to a publication or a web-based resource.
